President Karol Nawrocki and the head of NBP Adam Glapiński announced “Polish SAFE 0 percent”, which is to be an alternate to the EU defence debt program. The proposal "is to usage the very fact that the NBP has reserves," said Rafał Leśkiewicz, spokesperson for the head of state.
