In the Constitutional Tribunal, judges considered to be doubles have ceased to consider constitutional complaints. Why? The Vice-President of the Constitutional Tribunal explains that this is so that these rulings are not questioned by European tribunals. It turns out that there is besides a deficiency of money for salaries, and the ruling coalition does not want to appoint fresh judges. PiS politicians consider the government's actions illegal, but president Andrzej Duda did not sign the laws that were expected to heal the situation.
