Judges considered to be understudies have stopped proceeding constitutional complaints, Deputy president of the Constitutional Court Bartlomiej Sochanski announced. According to him, this has resulted in a decrease in the number of judgments of the Constitutional Court, which, however, has been in decline for many years.
