Judges considered to be doubles stopped considering constitutional complaints - informed Vice-President of the Constitutional Tribunal Bartłomiej Sochanski. In his view, this has led to a simplification in the number of TK judgments, which have been recorded for many years. According to Sochański, the judges mentioned do not want to "perpetrate us later on to possible judgments of European tribunals".
