What does it take to get a disability ruling? The 2025 rules are amended due to the fact that guidelines were issued. However, they relate to decisions issued on a permanent basis by PZON and GM. With respect to temporal decisions, on the example of an interesting and real case that reached the ultimate Court, we describe how crucial for WZON, PZON, ZUS, SADÓW are specified elements as: biological elements; economical element, social component in ruling on disability.
