What after Kherson? “We are observing an increase in the grouping of business troops” [COMMENT]

On March 2, Kherson capitulated and fell into Russian hands. It was the only major Ukrainian city that surrendered to the Russians. On November 9, the commander of the invasion troops, Gen. Sergei Surovikin, officially announced what had been said for weeks, i.e. the fact of withdrawing Russian troops to the another bank of the Dnieper. Kherson was liberated, but what next?
