It is inactive unclear whether Russia wants to fight a conflict for occupied Kherson in confederate Ukraine; the clearest indication of its intentions will be the possible withdrawal of airborne troops to the another bank of the Dnieper, according to the Institute for War investigation (ISW) in a fresh analysis.
