At the request of the territory Attorney's Office, the territory Court of Miskolec decided to apply detention to the driver of the Polish coach for a preliminary period of 1 period – Tamas Barko, the spokesperson for the territory Attorney's Office of the Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen region, has sent today.
"The driver was incapable to supply a safe driving; he fell asleep due to fatigue, resulting in the bus pulling off the roadway right through the emergency lane and then falling aside on the skid by the highway," the Hungarian prosecutor stated in an earlier statement.
