Hungary blocks Ukraine's accession talks with the EU. Budapest sets the conditions

Hungary opposes the acceleration of negotiations on the accession of Ukraine to the European Union. Budapest makes the agreement to proceed beginning up the next stages of talks conditional on advancement in protecting the rights of the Hungarian national number surviving in Zakarpacie.
