Germany restored controls at all borders in September 2024 to halt the flow of migrants. These checks are regularly renewed, and this strikes the German neighbours. For this reason Luxembourg has lodged a complaint against Germany to the European Commission and hopes that Poland will join us - according to the statements of the Minister of abroad Affairs of Luxembourg Leon Gloden.
