"We will sit down, we will review the proposals." Rubio on Russian demands

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Wednesday that after talks in Riyadh, the United States has a basic concept for a ceasefire in the Black Sea, but is inactive reviewing Russia's list of conditions. Rubio noted that any of the Kremlin's demands affect European Union sanctions. The Secretary of State besides suggested that Russia only presented its demands after the talks.
