Americans on the another side of the table, and the Russians argued over the chair

During the talks between the US and Russian delegations in Saudi Arabia in February, the Russians had a falling out at the negotiating table, the independent Russian website Moscow Times reported on Friday. The dispute was between Russian abroad Minister Sergei Lavrov and Vladimir Putin's close ally Kirill Dmitriev.
