Persons with disabilities (and their families) for losing point 7 should most likely resent politicians (those ruling 20 years ago) alternatively than WZON doctors. due to the fact that it was politicians who tied doctors in PZON with legal definitions that ordered the disabled individual to be taken distant from point 7. And it has nothing to do with medicine. Moreover, politicians have included these definitions in regulations (or Guidelines) alternatively than in laws. This should in my opinion be checked by the Constitutional Court - specified a definition is statutory substance in the law. I'm going to show this on the example of the definition of "the request for care." The problem which causes this definition present stems from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy of 15 July 2003 on the ruling on disability and disability. It has nothing to do with current political disputes.
