We explain why PZON and WZON remove point 7 of the indications in the disability certificate. It's due to the regulations

Disabled people (and their families) should most likely blame politicians (and those in power 20 years ago), not WZON doctors, for losing 7 points. It's the politicians who bound doctors in PZON with legal definitions that require taking 7 points distant from a disabled person. And this has small to do with medicine. Moreover, the politicians placed these definitions in regulations (or Guidelines), not in laws. In my opinion, this should be reviewed by the Constitutional Tribunal – specified a definition is simply a substance of law and belongs in a statute. I will illustrate this with the example of the definition of 'The necessity of caregiving.' The problem caused by this definition present results from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labor, and Social Policy of July 15, 2003, on the certification of disability and the degree of disability. It has nothing to do with current political disputes.
