On Friday, EU Finance Ministers accepted changes in the Polish National Recovery Plan (KPO), which presume the creation of the safety and Defence Fund worth nearly PLN 26 billion. This will pave the way for the payment of the 3rd tranche of funds from KPO to Poland.
