The adoption of the Constitutional Court is to be crucial for the current parliamentary majority to make a fresh political and legal strategy in Poland. – The presidential election in 2025 was to supply Donald Tusk's squad with a strategy closure. It didn't work. However, there is simply a plan “B”, which can produce the same results, but completely different methods – warns in conversation with “Our Journal” Dr. Bogdan Więckiewicz, a sociologist from the University of the Committee on National Education in Krakow. But erstwhile the president gets a bill on his desk, which implements the Constitutional Court's judgment, he will put him in a very hard situation – says Andrzej Maciejewski, a political scientist.
