On Wednesday, the EU Court dismissed the action of the Association “Education, Science, Culture” from Szczecin, which fought to preserve the grant from the EU investigation programme “Horizon 2020”. The Court acknowledged the right of EU auditors who ordered the association to reimburse EUR 135 000 from the grant granted.
