War and Crisis. How much should we trust each another in NATO and the EU?

The war in Ukraine forced states to take immediate action. 1 of the moves was to intensify cooperation and strengthen common relations. Examples include NATO and the EU, of which Poland is simply a member. We open up to allies and share with them e.g. confidential defence documents. Should we full trust them?
