The government draft bill on the establishment of the National safety University in place of the Academy of War Art will be addressed by the Subcommittee on Social Affairs in the Army. MON wants the fresh university to combine the training of top level commanders and staff officers with the preparation of safety experts. UBN would start operating from a fresh academic year.

According to the amendment adopted by the Ministry, the government's draft bill assumes a recast War Art Academy at the University of National safety since the fresh academic year. Previously, the draft envisaged changes since March this year.
