Voting via ATMs? Mastercard and Planet Cash launch pilot program in Ełk

The residents of Ełk will be the first in Poland to be able to vote for projects in the Citizens' Budget through selected ATMs in the city. The pilot ATM voting program is simply a joint initiative of the Ełk City Office and technological partners - Mastercard and Planet Cash.
