The ATM vote? Mastercard and Planet Cash launch pilot program in Ełk

The people of Ełk, first in Poland, will be able to vote for projects in the Civic Budget through selected ATMs in the city. The pilot voting program with ATMs is simply a joint initiative of the Ełku City Hall and technological partners Mastercard and Planet Cash.
