Vladimir Putin denounces the agreement to the US

Vladimir Putin has signed a law on Russia's termination of a bilateral agreement with the U.S. on, among another things, plutonium disposition, handling and cooperation in the field, the Moscow Times reported, citing the Kremlin press service.
