Victory anti-aircraft already in Ukraine

In mid-March, the Ukrainian portal Uprom.info reported the completion of the production of the first 15 self-propelled artillery anti-aircraft sets Victor kal. 14.5 mm designed to support Ukraine. Now any of them were noticed erstwhile moving already on Ukrainian roads.
