As of 1 February 2026, the stricter requirements apply to Ukrainian citizens who have UKR status. To hold the right to 800 plus, they must:

submit a fresh application,
confirm professional activity in Poland (e.g. employment contract, contract, business activity),
demonstrate the fulfilment of the school work by the kid in the Polish education system.
