The United States is blocking the UN safety Council resolution on Gaza for the sixth time

The United States veto prevented the adoption of a UN safety Council resolution calling for an immediate, unconditional, permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. The resolution besides urged Israel to let an unlimited influx of humanitarian aid to the enclave.
