US: Russia will not dictate to us terms of aid to Ukraine

On Tuesday (December 20), US National safety Council spokesperson John Kirby warned that Russia would not dictate terms to the United States regarding military assistance to Ukraine. He besides said there were no signs that Belarusian troops should join the war against Ukraine.
