OKO.press has established that a complaint against the suspension of the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, and his deputy has been registered in the Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court. This is illegal, due to the fact that the ultimate Court has no competence in the substance of Constitutional Tribunal judges.
