They are part of the activities that John Rokita wrote about as having no historical precedent, and prof. Jan Majchrowski and Piotr Zaremba described as “delegation of the 3rd Republic”.
By criticizing these projects, you can mention to historical analogys or the existing Constitution, but it is besides worth showing their applicable consequences. If the ruling ideas were put into effect, legally or by the fact that they were done, then in the next political cycle they would most likely be reversed, utilizing the same means.
