UN secretary-general succumbs to Russian threats?

The United States accused U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres of “explicitly giving in to Russian threats.” According to Washington, this is evidenced by the fact that Guterres has not yet sent his representatives to Ukraine to check the drones utilized by Russia, which the U.S. and respective another countries say were delivered there by Iran, Reuters said.
