UN: Attacks on Ukraine ports could be MPH violation

On Thursday, July 20, the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned the shelling, saying that Russian attacks on Odessa and another Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea, destroying civilian infrastructure located there could be a violation of global humanitarian law and impacting global grain prices.
