UN: attacks on Ukrainian ports may be a violation of the MPH

On Thursday, July 20, this year, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres denounced the shelling claiming that Russian attacks on Odessa and another Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea, the demolition of civilian infrastructure located there could constitute a violation of global humanitarian law and affect cereal prices worldwide.
