Whether the German Chancellor is lying about the Mercosur deal or Prime Minister Tusk is one more time missing the truth. My doubts arise from the fact that EU Council president Antonio Costa has denied not only that the decision has already been taken but has stated that even this subject has not been discussed. possibly it is simply a form of force from the German Chancellor on the inactive hesitant countries. Merz was telling the fact or lying. Costa says there was no vote, and Merz in turn says Costa put it to the vote - "the case passed". amazing is the silence of the Polish Prime Minister, or has he been played again?
