In the last 2 weeks, during the dense Ukrainian strikes on Russian port and energy infrastructure in the Leningrad region, any drones came down from the designated course. Experts point out that 1 of the most likely causes of specified incidents are Russian GPS interference, which may confuse Ukrainian unmanned and alter their course.

Kremlin takes the initiative

In assessing the overall situation of the war in Ukraine, Colonel Ants Kiviselg stated that the front line had not changed much in the last 2 years. He noted that in late February and early March, Ukrainian forces succeeded in regaining the initiative and recapture any of the areas previously under Russian occupation. In his opinion, however, since last week it is possible to get the impression that the initiative is starting again to decision to the Russian side.

According to the head of the Estonian Military Intelligence, the Russians increased their activity especially in the northern front section, where they could search to make the previously announced buffer zone. At the same time, he stressed that despite this intensification of action on the front, there have been no major breakthroughs late or amazing developments.

He pointed out that in March the Ukrainians managed to neutralize about 90 percent of the air raid measures directed in their territory even before reaching their target.
