Ukrainians rework another captured vehicle

Ukrainian technicians from the Serhija Charitative Foundation The plots again decided to remake a captured vehicle that would aid the Ukrainian army fight. This time it is an armored multi-tasking AMN-590951 vehicle (in Russia referred to increasingly as Spartacus), which will be converted to a command car.
