As the head of the parliamentary organization of the Service of the Nation David Arakhamia reported, Ukrainian law enforcement authorities can apply for extradition of men aged 18 to 60 who, thanks to bribes, left the country despite being mobilized.

At the request of president Volodymyr Zelenski, all decisions on incapacity for work issued by military medical commissions after 24 February 2022 are to be verified and, consequently, all Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 who have left their homeland during the war can anticipate extradition and enlistment.

According to “Rzeczpospolita”, citing data from the Border Guard, after 24 February 2022, i.e. after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, about 2.8 million Ukrainian citizens entered Poland from the age of 18 to 60, and left about 2.8 million. This means that about 80 1000 Ukrainians possibly affected by military mobilization may be present in Poland. – One individual could cross the border even a fewer 100 timesy – pointed out the press spokesperson for the Border defender Headquarters, Lieutenant SG Anna Michalska.

This is an crucial number for Ukraine, due to the fact that these people could be mobilized and increase the ranks of our armed forces, thereby strengthening our defence and security – noted Fedir Wenisławski of the Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence of the ultimate Council (parliament) of Ukraine. In order to bring specified men to the country, Ukraine must issue an global BOLO on each of them.
