Prosecutors have been waiting for over 2 months for letters confirming the waiver of Grzegorz Braun’s immunity, *Rzeczpospolita* has learned. The correspondence was initially held up in Belgium; now it is being held in Poland. This is good news for the MEP, as he is trying to avoid a conviction before the elections.
