Ukrainian intelligence: Russian authorities will accept failure of up to 70,000 troops at the front by May

The Russian authorities are prepared for the failure of up to 70,000 troops in the next four-five months of war with Ukraine; this is simply a cost that the Kremlin considers acceptable, said Andriy Czerniak typical of Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR) on Monday in an interview with the RBK-Ukraine portal.
