Ukrainian e-driving licence in a mobile telephone recognized as conventional in Poland?

The Ukrainian driving licence and vehicle papers will be able to be recognized in Poland in electronic form, i.e. in a peculiar mobile application. This is the effect of the joint Polish-Ukrainian pilot project. The same regulation is to apply to Poles traveling to Ukraine.
