Ukraine without NATO? Kremlin: US position satisfactory

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that Moscow is pleased with the position of excluding Ukraine from NATO membership. According to Peskov, the Kremlin hears specified a position "at various levels" from the United States.
