The American Institute for War investigation (ISW) warns that Russia is again utilizing known propaganda narratives aimed at the Baltic States. In the latest report, analysts indicate that Latvia has now become the mark of the Kremlin. According to them, the Kremlin refers to schemes that previously utilized to justify aggression against Ukraine and Georgia.
