Ukraine: West's support in winter is crucial

The American Institute for the survey of War (ISW) said in its latest study that the US authorities mistakenly believe that military activities will slow down during Ukraine's war with Russia in winter, and stressed that Western support for Ukrainian counter-offensive operations during the winter will be crucial to the future of the conflict.
