Ukrainian rocket tusks are getting longer

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence confirmed the continuation of work on the modified variant of the R-360 Neptune anti-shipling rocket with an extended scope of fire (even 400 km) and the anticipation of attacking ground targets.
