On 2 November, Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, informed his compatriots via social media that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had adopted an electronic warfare strategy that had been tested since the summertime to defend vehicles against attacks by Russian kamikaze drones, including Lancet loitering munitions.
