Ukraine: Russian rocket attack on Sumy leaves 3 dead

The death toll from Tuesday's Russian attack on the city of Sumy in northeastern Ukraine has risen to three, with 11 people injured, local authorities said. Earlier, the Sumy Oblast Military Administration reported 1 fatality and six injured, mostly children.
