Ukraine: Russia is building a national offensive system

Russia is in the process of creating a national strategy of offensive operations in cyberspace, under which citizens learn to conduct hostile cyber attacks, says 1 of the heads of the Ukrainian safety Service. The SBU is expected to have information revealing the Kremlin's efforts.
