Ukraine responds to threats. Ships sailing to Russia declared hostile

On Thursday, July 20 this year, the Ministry of defence of Ukraine published a message stating that all ships sailing in the Black Sea towards the maritime ports of Russia could be treated as carrying cargo intended for military purposes from Friday.
