Ukraine closer to the EU. Free roaming and more

"This is simply a historical day," pointed out the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, referring to the gathering with EU representatives. The effect is to introduce our east neighbour to the free roaming region and bring it closer to entering the single digital market.
