Ukraine: chaos in government continues. There's a fresh P.O. head of the defence department

President Volodymyr Zelenski announced that he entrusted Yevheny Chmara with the duties of Minister of Defence of Ukraine. Upon completion of the essential legal procedures, Zelenski intends to apply to the ultimate Council for approval of Chmary's nomination for this position.
