Ukraine: chaos in the government continues. There is simply a fresh acting head of the Ministry of Defence

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he had entrusted Yevheny Khmara with the duties of the Minister of defence of Ukraine. After completing the essential legal procedures, Zelensky intends to apply to the Verkhovna Rada for approval of Chmara's appointment to this position.
