Ukraine: anti-aircraft Frankenstein vs. the Polish case

Ukraine's 9K37M Buk-M1 anti-aircraft rocket sets have been adapted to fire US RIM-7 Sea Sparrow missiles. The first copies of the "hybrid" systems have been tested on a firing scope in the US, reports The fresh Voice of Ukraine. This is not the first effort to combine east and Western air defence solutions.
