Last week Ukraine officially recognised the resettlement of its citizens from Poland from 1944 to 1951 as deportations. Under the fresh law, displaced descendants can now apply for return or compensation. Although the bill does not straight point to the addressee of claims, it is clear from the context that the case is addressed to... Poland. Is this the beginning of a historical rematch?
