UEFA honors Russian criminal who trafficked drugs and fought in Ukraine war

The authorities of European football met in Belgrade. At the UEFA congress, fresh members of the Executive Committee were elected, among another things. The memory of deceased people from the football community was besides honored. Among them was the name of a Russian criminal who trafficked drugs and fought in the war in Ukraine.
