U.S. Rules Out Patriots' Deployment to Ukraine

“We have no current plans to deploy Patriot air defence systems in Ukraine,” Pentagon spokesperson Gen. Patrick Ryder said Tuesday. He added, if another state decided to take specified a step, it would be its sovereign decision.
