Russian leader Vladimir Putin – according to the president of the United States – was to agree not to attack Kiev for a week. "In fact, Donald Trump asked president Putin personally to refrain for a week – until 1 February – from beatings", Dmitry Pieskov, the Kremlin spokesman, confirmed.
