Only until the end of 2025 will the alleged housing speciality besides called the "lex developer" apply. After 1 January it will be replaced by Integrated Investment Plans, so the increase in the budget for social construction has become the last chance to push through the amendments. The chance was given by developers who could celebrate success – the legislature rejected the amendments proposed in the Sejm that would impose restrictions on them.
